Congratulations to Nathan Blinn from Roger Williams University School of Architecture, Art & Historic Preservation! He has been awarded a 2012 Newman Student Award Medal, for his work on producing acoustical models of the Roger Williams Performing Arts Center, as nominated by Professor Jeffrey L. Staats.

Other students have received the Newman Medals in 2012 already, but the newest recipients are Lisa Om and Ana Ruiz Nava from the University of Oklahoma, as nominated by faculty member Daniel Butko, for their project “Acoustical Research and Design in Mixed-Use Urban Environments”.
